If you receive damaged good, you need to: 

- with in 48 hours show the defective item with the packaging material at you post office.

- according to internation post rules, they'll need to make a fill declaration stating that they confirm that the item arrived diffective. This doenst mean that they'll take the responsability for the damage, all they need to do is make the declaration.

- Please send me a copy of that declaration, as well as 2-3 pictures of the damaged item. It'll then be possible to make a claim and request refund from the Swiss Post. 

IMPORTANT: without this declaration it's not possible to make any claim, and thereofre it won't be possible to get any refund. That stroingly limits the possiblities to help you in return.
